There was no resistance from the band, it just sort of…happened. What Do You Have To Say For Yourself Now? was a direct response to those who did not believe that adding a blue duck to their music would produce untold rewards. Laughing all the way to the bank, This Is Gordon toured for five years in support of their breakthrough album, bringing the duck on stage nightly to perform impromptu vocal solos. Though fans believed that the waterfowl was indeed named Gordon, he was never actually given a name.
