Knot On Wood was never supposed to hit it big, yet they drove their pretzel food truck straight into our hearts, traveling over 85 billion light-years to do so! Featuring elements of ska, punk, electronica, hip-hop, and a brand all their own, the tinkering that had become monotonous in the confines of their mobile bakery were suddenly toe-tapping…and in demand. Selling vinyl records with one hand, and tossing hot pretzels with the other, Knot On Wood was a staple of picnics all across the universe. So popular was their debut album, Just Another Squeeze, Luv, that it included mustard packets! The inclusion was eventually discontinued as the album aged, but unlike a stale pretzel, this addition to the Intergalactic Beets Project remains hot, fresh, and tasty!
