The Intergalactic Beets Project is proud to announce the discovery of a long-lost masterpiece. We all know and love Pizza Bear’s unforgettable track Thin Crust, but the promotional single, which featured a B-side entitled Employee Discount, never appeared. A standard in the industry, the B-side was never formally released on his debut 30 Minutes Or Less nor on any subsequent compilation albums. The universe thought it had been lost forever. After careful archaeology and decades’ worth of decoding, the IBP located a crate of undelivered 7-inch albums which not only included this gem from Pizza Bear, but also unreleased material from Thirst Receptors, Mascarpone Beach, and others! It is unclear if Pizza Bear would have hit an entirely different market should this single have been properly released. His trajectory was headed into the unknown, in the most positive of ways, but could this have been the propellant to cement him as one of the universe’s greatest artists? Only time will tell…
