For the foursome of Switch/Bored, their daily lives were wrapped up in routing local and collect calls through a massive bank of ports. It was their privilege, and maybe their curse, to hear some of the most interesting conversations this side of the Andromeda Galaxy. After the technology was phased out, their notebook of noteworthy gossip became the focal point of their debut Telephone Tough Guy, featuring the mega-hits Hold Please! and Cold Call Waiting.
