Depending on where in the universe you call home, you may hold a grudge against ghosts. Vengeful spirits, haunting the halls of your vessel; screaming, moaning, and hiding between slices of bread, waiting to strike. Hailing from Little Ghost Nebula, also known as NGC 6369, Friendly Neighborhood Ghost, whose real name was Karl, would tell you that his main goal right now, is simply to live a peaceful life. When Karl's physical form passed on, he was left alone in his dilapidated home, the walls crumbling down around him, the pipes leaking, the mold growing by the day. In his former life, Karl had been a photographer and a collector of vintage analog, digital, and spectral cameras. He had also been a beacon in his community and spent several summers as a music teacher for children whose parents had to work in the digital mind fields of Atlas IV (a conglomerate brain wave collection agency). Armed with the instruments he had once loaned to the summer camp, he used his infinite free time to create dozens of songs in the hopes that he could sell them and use the money to restore his home, one that he had built with the help of his wife before she too passed on. While she did not become a ghost, her business in the material world was seemingly finished, preserving her memory was paramount to Karl, and her vivaciousness and love influenced his debut album SELFIE. Named after the famous form of photography (and featuring a selfie by the artist on the cover), the album featured six Number One hits and threatened to knock Prickley Pete, a prolific ghost artist in his own right, from the record books. His indelible positivity made him safe for creatures of all ages to enjoy his music and four albums soon followed, each leaving their mark in his community. With the funds from record sales, he not only fixed up his home but founded a musical summer camp for youth which still bares the name of his beloved.
