Blink Void

SynthesiZZZer

Original Release Date: 03/10/3969

The storied tradition of the supergroup seemingly has no end. As long as bands trifle, there will always be supergroups. Comprised of three members of Rainbow Goblins and two members of Topo, SynthesiZZZer was a bit of a joke that turned into a bonafide hit. Intended as an album to put newborns to sleep, the funky rhythms and tasty beats of their former bands began to bleed into the melodies. Before long, the name had stuck and Blink Void’s tracklist ballooned to ten. A toy synthesizer was soon included in the packaging for fans to make their own beats. Then a computer program had to be written to upload the finished songs. Then a database to store and organize them. Then a colony of workers to maintain the databases. A mechanical monster had been created, though it would not become sentient for seven hundred years (The Intergalactic Synthesizer Wars). For a time, however, a new revolution in music was sparked and, surprisingly, SynthesiZZZer took a back seat to it all, the members all returning and reconciling with their respective bands. It is hard to imagine a Fifth Century without the influence of SynthesiZZZer and their do-it-yourself rollercoaster.

Original Database Entry: SynthesiZZZer continued the storied tradition of supergroups, melding the talents of five Intergalactic Beets participants and cranking out albums like there was no tomorrow. Blink Void, their magnum opus, is a household staple in galaxies across the universe.
